He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Luegge; his daughters, Tara Oesterling and Kimberly Oesterling; his grandchildren, Ruth and Charlie Fults; and his siblings, Dick Oesterling (Bernie) and Rebecca Kerns (Jim). He is also survived by his family, friends.
