He was predeceased by : his father Earl Northrop; and his brother Earl Northrop Jr.. He is survived by : his mother Esther Northrop; his wife Linda Northrop; his children, Richard Clifton (Kristina), Megan Northrop (Peter Henning) and Melissa Northrop; his siblings, Karen Northrop, Bob Northrop (Ingrid), Julie Sandberg (Dave) and Lois Dwornick (Jim); and his grandchildren, Krista Clifton, Karzin Clifton and Charlotte Henning. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
