He was predeceased by: his parents, James Zade and Adelaide Zade (Arata); and his brother Gerald Zade. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Jeffrey, Stephen (Susan), Laurie Barna, Kathleen Brady and Suzanne Brady (Kevin); and his siblings, Mary Krakowski and James Zade.
