He is survived by: his daughter Sandra (Jim Kinnamon); his sister Carol Crittenden; his granddaughter Emily Rasor; his close friends, Danny and Stephanie McClure; his niece Christine (Collin Pinkston); his caregivers, Anita Grim and Melissa; and his sisters-in-law, Beverly Henderson and Georgia Wild.
