It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Carter of Clio, Michigan, born in Grundy, Virginia, who passed away on October 29, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Roscoe Owens; her daughter Cindy Paling; and her siblings, David Owens and Carol Owens. She is survived by: her son William Paling (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Pierce Paling, Carson Paling, Ryan Green (Stacy), Amanda Green and Justin Green; her great grandchildren, Nathan, Finnley, Nixon and Brice; and her sisters, Irene Vance and Barb Wheeler (Rod).
