He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Shelley and Barbara J. Smith; and his former wife Mary Rice Pidwinski Shelley. He is survived by: his children, Joni M. Stillwagon (John) of West Branch, Raymond C. Shelley (Lori) of Rose City, Karen Somers, Kelly Schliter (Greg) and Danny Pidwinski (Sherry); his grandchildren, Courtney Kramer (Paul), Kelsey Stillwagon, Kyle Shelley (Jenifer) and Kaelyn Kramer (Ben); his great grandchildren, Logan, Allyson, Raelyn, Parker, Riley and Mara; his sister Karen Nichols (Dennis); his nephews, Dr. Michael "Mick" Nichols (Robin) and Alex; his niece Anna; and the mother of his children Nancy McLaughlin (Kenny).
