David L. Bower Obituary
We announce the death of David L. Bower of Clio, Michigan, who passed away on October 11, 2026, at the age of 82. David will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
David will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew David will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. David’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Bower and Unice Bower (Darling); and his wife Beverly Abbruzzese. He is survived by: his children, Daren Bower (Ellen) and Carolyn Bower; his grandsons, Matthew Hemingway (Jessica) and Eli Bower; and his great grandchildren, Evan, Cody and Mila.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethany United Methodist Church (353 E Vienna St, Clio, MI 48420). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
