She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Adams (Christian) and Stephanie Polmanteer (Brent); her granddaughters, Evangline Adams and Kenna Polmanteer; and her siblings, Tracy Tower (Santa), Teal McCrimmon (Dale) and Deneen DeHate (Matt). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made to the family for future designation.

“Dee was my "BEST FRIEND". She had an appreciation, a sensitivity and an understanding of life that most didn't know. She has known loss, suffering, and finally defeat. On Feb.12 th we took a MIND-trip to Ludington, walked the beach, gathered rocks and just sat on the sand with the sun shining on our backs. Just 2 old girls enjoying life. I miss her already.
