He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dougherty and Frances Dougherty (Arthur); and his brother Edward Dougherty. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Dougherty; his children, Matthew Dougherty (Lindsey), Kimberly Sutter (Nick), Scott Hutchins (Debbie), Kurt Hutchins (Debbie) and Coleen Johns (Ken); and his sister-in-law Kathryn Girard. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren.
