She was predeceased by: her parents, Thaddeus Brown and Edna Brown. She is survived by: her husband Russell Phillips; and her children, Mary (Jim Gibson), Joy (Lester Walker), Sue Bunting (Tom), Cheryl Phillips-Ellsworth (Stephen Kelbel) and Ronald (Carman Phillips). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and numerous close friends.
