We are sad to announce that, on July 16, 2022, at the age of 83, Frances J. Smith of Clio, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Roy Holbin; and her son Brian Smith. She is survived by: her husband Vernon Smith Sr.; her children, Vernon Roy Smith Jr. (Sherry A.), Robin Williams, Karri Trezona and Shana Smelker (Jerrod); her grandchildren, Kent A., Kristin N., Christopher, Chelsea, Katie, Brandon, Jonathon, Spencer, Amber and Jacob; her child Many; and her siblings, Dick Holbin and Mary Bloss. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, extended family, and wonderful friends.

In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
