He was predeceased by: his wife Bertha Paciorek; his son-in-law Darwin Korunes; and his brothers, Stan, Joe and Steve Paciorek.

He is survived by: his children, Mike Paciorek (Lisa), Lora Paciorek and Anne Korunes (Joe Nagy); his grandchildren, Michael Paciorek (Destiny), Cheryl Bohren, Allie Bunch (Corey) and Brad Korunes; and his great grandchildren, Melody, Avery and Aiden.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke N.E.W. Life Center.
