He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Herman and Margaret Herman (Haidi); his brothers, Mike and Fred; and his niece Lisa.
He is survived by: his sisters, Margie Cross of Mount Morris and Tina Woodard of Flint; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly, Don, Ron, Lori, Jessica, Jennifer, Jenny and Rachel. He is also survived by 16 great nieces and nephews.
