He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred TerBush and Darlene TerBush (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Thelma TerBush; his children, Jessica TerBush (John Norton), Tiffany TerBush, Karen Harper (Jim), Sandra Thompson (Trent) and Michael Lamphere; his grandchildren, Ian Hobson (Loura), Karli Hobson, Taylor Hobson, Trent Thompson, BlaineThompson, Devan Thompson, Jared Lamphere, Nikolas Norton, Atticus Norton, Ben Norton, Gillian Norton and Maris Norton; his great grandchildren, River Thompson, Monique Martin and D'Artangen Peterson; and his siblings, Sue Rexin, Mary Turner (Rex) and Gary TerBush (Debra). He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
