He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Bailey and Lillie Bailey (Skaggs); and his siblings, Jenita McElyea, Norma Dickinson and Barbara Ramah.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Bailey; his children, Tim Bailey (Kelli), Nicki Dellaposta (Randy) and Stacey Hebekeuser (Jason); his grandchildren, Cody Hebekeuser (Tara), Conner Hebekeuser (Skyler), Lauren Swisz (Joe), Taylor Maples (Brandon), Brandon Dellaposta (Mary), Nolan Carter, Hayden Bailey, Chase Hebekeuser and Carter Hebekeuser; his great grandchildren, Ian, Lucas, Liam, Ila and Max; and his siblings, Delores Wilson and John Bailey (Donna). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home, Clio Chapel (503 N Mill St, Clio, MI 48420). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home (503 N Mill St, Clio, MI 48420).
