He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Cooper and Ireta Cooper (Griswald); his former wife Katherine Pozsgai; his wife Sharon Proctor Burns; and his brothers, Donald, Gerald, Gary and William Cooper.
He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Cooper (Ray Salazar); his granddaughter Jordynn Hearit (Derick); his great grandchild Levi; and his siblings, Phyllis Barker (Tom), Genette Taylor and Duane Cooper.
