He is survived by: his children, Karen Smith and Gerald Davidson Jr. (Gerri Lynne); his grandchildren, Nathan Davidson, Ryan Smith and Dan Smith; his great grandchildren, Trevon Smith and Xander Smith; his sister Maxine Craig; and his niece Candy Everett.
