She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosco Owens and Lorraine Owens (Honaker); her son Jeffery Vance; and her sister Charlotte Carter. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda and William Vance; her grandchildren, Dalton Vance, Toni Vance, Dominick Brooks, Celina Histman and Milo Long; and her siblings, Barbara Wheeler (Rod) and David Owens. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, extended family, and great friends.
