He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Forsyth; his daughter Maryjane Beegle; his grandchildren, Brittney Potter (Kris) and Jeffrey Berlin; his great grandchildren, Ember, Sawyer and Finn Potter; and his siblings, Eileen Hutchinson and George Forsyth (Mary).
