He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Roy and Irene Smith (Kurtz); and his brother-in-law Eric Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Deborah K. Smith (Burns); his children, Amy L. Babbit, Jerry R. Smith, Sofia Boulton (Kevin), Michelle Barry and Brandi Smith (Jason Bonds); and his siblings, Dennis Smith (Dawn), Nancy Hoffman and Barb Williams. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family members and dear friends.
