He is survived by: his wife Kay Muehlfeld (Atkin); his children, Becky Muehlfeld (Howard Adolph), Brenda Reed (Jared) and Hollie Wagner (Eric); his grandchildren, Shelby Wolverton (Ryan), Dalton Reed (Gracelyn), Will Lewis, Addisen Wagner and Avery Wagner; his great grandchildren, Kendall, Bentley, Everleigh, Layne and Miss Baby Reed; and his sister Donna Middleton.
