He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia Jo Forlenza (Blankenship); his children, Joseph Anthony Jr. (Julie), James Matthew (Robynne), Theresa Jo Wyatt and Robert David (Cory); his grandchildren, John Wyatt, Patty, Stacie, Stephanie (Scott), Devin (Cory), John Ellis (Kaitlyn), Anthony, Brin, Nicholas, Alyssa and Reese; his great grandchildren, Maddie of Isabella, JC and Marley; his parents, Anthony and Berniece; and his sister Carmella.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, to make donations in his honor to either St. John Vianney School and/or Powers Catholic High School.
