She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Jacques and Johanna Jacques (Gaspardo); her former husband Mike Denker; and her sister DeDe Jacques. She is survived by: her husband David Burdis; her stepchildren, Dave Burdis Jr. and Lisa (Chad Fuller); her grandchildren, Shawn Hetzel and Ashley (Matt Antcliff); her great grandchildren, Olivia, Alanna, Wayne Jr., Hailey and Faith; her sister Linda Jacques; and her close friend Christine Day. She is also survived by family members and friends.
