She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Starkings and Ernestine Starkings (Glashaw); her husband James Parker; and her sister Penny Shephard. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Bradburn (Daryll), Michael Parker and Mandy Parker (Chris Bierlein); her granddaughters, Kylee Bradburn, Kaylee Parker and Marissa Bierlein; and her brother Jeffery Starkings (Dawn).
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Homes - Clio Chapel (503 N Mill St, Clio, MI 48420). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family for future designations.
