We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2024, at the age of 90, LeRoy E. Shumaker of Clio, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of LeRoy E. Shumaker to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Samuel Shumaker and Nettie Shumaker (Walker); his wife Eva Shumaker; his siblings, Estella, Ellen, Kathryn, Charles, Ruth, Dorothy, Phyllis, Donald and Carolyn; and his sons-in-law, James Gentz and Ken Kennedy.

He is survived by : his children, Cheryl Kennedy, Lynn Shumaker, Hope Urbanik-McGraw, Lori Gentz and Scott Shumaker (Kristen); his grandchildren, Samuel McGraw, Isabella McGraw (Jason), Frank Kennedy (Jackie), Zachary Gentz (Hannah), Erik Gentz (Ashley), Michael Shumaker (Tabitha), Tyler Shumaker (Crystal) and Christopher Shumaker; and his great grandchildren, William, Reagan, Madison, Avery, Riley, Patrick, Ollionna, Dylenger, River and Baby Payment. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bethany United Methodist Church (353 E Vienna St, Clio, MI 48420). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Bethany United Methodist Church (253 E Vienna St, Clio, MI 48420).

In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Bethany United Methodist Church or to the Veterans Memorial Park in Clio.
