She was predeceased by: her parents, R. W. Bookout and Freeda Bookout (Curtis). She is survived by: her brother Bill Bookout (Carol); her nieces, Tanya Bookout and Tara Fish (Joe); and her great-nieces, Brianna Fish and Kayla Fish.
