She is survived by: her significant other Joseph M. Dula; her children, Nancy Burkett (Ed), Joseph M. Dula Jr. (Bonnie), Thomas Dula (Neva), Susan Carlisle (Jim), Patricia McKinney (Alan) and Daniel Dula; her grandchildren, Dayna (Matt), Andrew (Courtney), Brittany (Bobby), Anastasia (Justin), Rochelle (Devon), Joseph, Nikolas, Hannah, Thomas, Candace (Dan), Nicholette (Joe) and Madison (Justin); and her great grandchildren, Mason, Logan, Aubrey, Leeroy, Emmet and Hadley. She is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
