He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Aldridge and Marian Aldridge (Dungerow); and his parents-in-law, Carl and Ardis. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Beckwith; his son Michael Aldridge; his stepson Jason Ross; his grandchildren, Kellen and Taylor Ross; and his sisters, Nora Drayton, Patricia Aldridge and Cecelia (George Slosser). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
