He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Pepper and Winifred Pepper Sr. (McIsaac); and his siblings, Thomas Pepper Jr. and JoAlyce Kaczmarczyk. He is survived by: his wife Donna Pepper; his children, Lisa Marie Valdez-Vaughn, Mike Pepper Jr. and Tom Pepper; his sister Cindy Stevens (Jim); and his daughter-in-law Tressa Slattery (Mike). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, Several nieces, nephews, extended family, and wonderful friends.
