She is survived by: her husband Tony LaValley; her children, Anthony Wayne LaValley (April) of Sherwood, AR and Tonya Renee Casto (Richard) of Ripley, WV; her grandchildren, Breanna Nickole LaValley (Josh) and Madison Jean LaValley; and her siblings, Sam Merrill, George Ramey, Donna Headrick, Gertrude Gooding, Frances Falconer, Edna Earl (James), Beth Chancellor, Nancy Carmean and Patti Bovee.
