He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Arthur and Alvina Arthur (Estlick); his grandchildren, Bonnie Stratton and Steve Nagy; his sister Alvina Day (Pearl); and his son-in-law Randy Vohwinkle.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Arthur; his children, Connie Stratton (Lonnie), Merita Vohwinkle, Bradley Arthur and Roxanne Mulchay (Lawrence); and his grandchildren, Donnie Stratton (Elizabeth), Jeremy Vohwinkle, Ashley Borgen (Paul), Alisha Arthur (Jackie), Matthew Vohwinkle and Philip Vohwinkle (Jasmine).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
