Bard of Clio, Michigan, born in Tuscola, Michigan, who passed away on December 2, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Kelly and Neva Kelly (McCrumb); her husband Ralph C. Bard; her granddaughter Nevaeh Wagner (Kenneth J. Hemstreet); and her siblings, Darwin Kelly, Daryl Kelly, Gary Kelly and Nancy Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Gisele Wagner (Dale) and Troy Hemstreet; her stepchildren, Jeff Bard (Laura), Greg Bard (Virginia) and Angela Roberts (Dave); her grandchildren, Anthony Wagner (Melissa), Grant Wagner and Caitlain Thompson (Eric); her pets, Teddy and Dixie; her stepgrandchildren, Jenele, Michael, Melissa, Jeremy, Alex, Tracy and Steven; her great grandchildren, Lyla Wagner and Amelia Wagner; and her pet Sammi.
