It is with sadness that the passing of Richard Frasier of Clio, Michigan is shared. Richard, born on May 13, 1956, passed away on September 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Frasier and Betty Frasier (Evans); and his siblings, Karon Cobb and David Frasier. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Frasier; his children, Samantha White (Justin), Rick Frasier, Chrissy Hawkins (Patrick) and Jen Capper (Stephen); and his cousins, Reuben and Duane. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A prayer will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Homes - Clio Chapel (503 N Mill St, Clio, MI 48420). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (212 Center St, Otisville, MI 48463).
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's hospital.
