He is survived by: his mother Suzanne Weatherwax; his sisters, Kelly Sweeny (Tim), Katie Weatherwax (Andrew) and Sarah Weatherwax (Josh); his aunts and uncles, Brain (Peggy), Johnny, David, Jimmy (Linda), DeeDee (Bill), Kathie Sue (Rick), Karen (Scott) and Kelly; his grandparents, Dave, Connie, Jane and Richard; Katy. He is also survived by many cousins, other dear family members and friends.
