He is survived by: his wife Denice Thomas; his children, Tonya Blackwell, Tony Bentley (Billie Jean) and Terry Bentley; and his siblings, Patricia Voorheis, Bruce Thomas (Dawn) and Mark Thomas. He is also survived by 23 Grandchildren; 21 Great Grandchildren.
