He was predeceased by: his father Douglas Mack; his grandparents, Wayne, Helen Mack, William and Virginia Hertzberg; and his uncle Ronald Hertzberg.
He is survived by: his mother Carol Mack (Hertzberg); his brother Brian Mack; his uncle David Hertzberg (Tish); his aunts, Louise Shepard (Al) and Shelley Card (Mike); and his pet Barney. He is also survived by cousins and close friends.
