He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Finley and Florence Finley (Spencer); his brother Dennis Finley; and his brother-in-law William Sommerville. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Finley (Diana), Janice Sommerville, Joyce Soldan (John), L. Terrance Spencer Finley (Markus), Tammy Hooks (Keith), Gregory Finley (Kelly) and Dear Friend (Todd Welton). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.
