He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Kuhl and Lillian Kuhl (Dilsworth); and his wife Shirley Boegert. He is survived by: his children, Cherie M. Martin, W. David Jr. (Susanne), Steven E. (Linda) and Todd M. Kuhl. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13, great-grandchildren; his brother and sister and many nieces and nephews.
