He is survived by: his wife Gloria Pannett; his children, Brian Pannett (Michelle), Robert Pannett (Kim) and Julie Pannett-Hull (James); his grandchildren, Jessica Pannett, Marissa Pannett and Brian Pannett Jr. (Kayla); his children, Ellia Pannett, Audrey Pannett, Savannah Pannett, Isabella Pannett and Avani Pichette; and his siblings, Darlene Culp, Doreen Davenport, Bonnie Starkey, Elaine Young, Louise Mayberry and Ray Pannett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
