He was predeceased by: his mother Shari Ricks; and his uncle Rahn Whitney. He is survived by: his father Gary Ricks (Shari); his sons, Jacob, Cole and Tyler Ricks; his sister Erica Gurley (Jeffrey); his sibling's children, Jonathan Gurley and Madison Gurley; his aunt Roxann Whitney; his uncle Craig Whitney (Suzan); and his cousin Lance Whitney.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Peshek Family Funeral Home (68655 Stoecker Ln, Richmond, MI 48062). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 67055 Gratiot Ave., Richmond, MI 48062.
