He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilfred Dent and Gertrude Dent. He is survived by : his wife Janet Thiel; his children, Jennifer Weaver (Jerry), Jonathan Dent and Jeffrey Dent (Sarah); and his grandsons, Henry, Michael and Christopher Dent.
