With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Vernon Ross of Clyde Township, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Vernon left this world on July 20, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Ross and Ethel Ross; and his brothers, Darwin and Duane Ross. He is survived by: his children, Mark Ross (Jill), Nancy Thomas (Eric Seaman) and Lisa Birtles (Dave); his grandsons, Ross Thomas and Tyler Thomas (Barbara); his great grandchildren, Benjamin and Samuel Thomas; and his friend Twanda.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pollock-Randall Funeral Home (912 Lapeer Ave, Port Huron, MI 48060). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, Blue Water Area Humane Society or the Council on Aging.
