She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Burk and Genevieve Burk (Worthington); and her husband Duane D. Henion. She is survived by: her children, Todd Henion (Melissa) of Florida and Michelle Smith of Marshall; her close friend Johnnie Holt of Coldwater; her siblings, Ben Burk of Tennessee and Ella Hinderliter (Dale) of Hamilton, OH; her grandchildren, Cory Smith (Erin), Terry Smith (Tamara), Austin Henion (Yinet) and Chelsea Villard (Luke); and her caregiver Dawn Carr. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
