Charles Wayne Leavitt Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Wayne Leavitt of Coldwater, Michigan, who passed away on August 15, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leavitt and Ardella Leavitt (Jetmore); and his siblings, William Leavitt and Doris Leavitt Balm. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Leavitt; his children, Brenda Leavitt of Coldwater, Caroline Dewitt (Michael) of Fremont, Indiana, George Leavitt (Anita) of Hope and Charles Wayne "C. J." Leavitt Jr. of Clarksville, Tennessee; his brothers, Carl Leavitt (Faye) of Coldwater, Ronald Leavitt (Sherry) of Prescott and Harold Leavitt (Linda) of Southaven, Mississippi; Darlene Leavitt of Okeechobee, Florida.. He is also survived by three grandchildren; two great-granddaughters.
