He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Howay and Ester Howay (Saull); his wife Dorothy "Sally" Willis; and his siblings, Joyce Carver, Keith Howay and Delos Howay.
He is survived by: his children, Colleen Morrison (Frank) of Coldwater and Todd Howay of Royal Oak; and his grandsons, Justen Barrus, Jourdan Weage and Devin Morrison. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
