Debra A. Gaunt Obituary

Debbie Gaunt of Coldwater, formerly of Midland, Michigan died of colon cancer on November 26th. She is pre-deceased by her parents, Bill Gaunt and Elsie Deeben Murdock and her brother-in-law Verne Wandell. Her other relatives include sisters Lorrie Gaunt Wandell (Verne) of Green Valley, Arizona and Amy Gaunt (Tim Hill) of Saint Augustine, Florida; step-brothers Brad Entenmann (Nan) of Midland, Michigan and Blair Entenmann (Nancy) of Paris, Michigan; nieces Alexandra Hill Hjellming (Andrew) of Saint Augustine, Florida, Michelle Entenmann Krupp (Derek) of Merrill, Michigan and Claire Entenmann Lentz (Isaac) of Midland, Michigan. Also a great niece Sophia and two great nephews Greyson and Milo.

Debbie worked at the Arnold Center sheltered workshop for most of her adult life in Gladwin. The Arnold Center was founded in part by her mother Elsie and her stepmother Lois Entenmann Gaunt. Her father Bill was their treasurer for many years. Debbie then attended the Integrated Functional Supports (IFS) program in Coldwater. There she was helped to verbalize her needs in a way we didn't even think possible.
