He was predeceased by: his parents, David and Leola (George); the mother of his children Beverly (Cribbs); his former wife Bonnie (Barve); his brothers, Robert and Donald Moore; his stepson Herbert Watson, Jr.; and his granddaughter Heather Furr.
He is survived by: his wife Carole (Campbell) of Coldwater, MI.; his children, Janice Furtaw of Dewitt, Dave Moore (Nancy) of Coldwater, Sham Morrill (Chuck) of Vicksburg and Bradley (Michelle) of Jonesville; his stepchildren, Jim Barve (Lee), Mickey Roberts (Dick), Richard Barve (Evelyn), Connie Guthrie (Rick), Lisa Watson (Susan), Thomas Watson (Betty Jean) and Matthew Rucker; and his sister Ruth Ann Robinson of Whittmore. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Quincy Chapel (111 E Chicago St, Quincy, MI 49082). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
