He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; and his children, John C. Fast (Ana) of Coldwater, Connie J. Hurd (Steven) of Harrison Twp, Julie A. Thompson (Alan) of Coleraine, Northern Ireland, Dodi Travelbee of Stryker and Laura Puga of Las Vegas. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
