He was predeceased by: his parents, Pablo Vasquez and Aurora Vasquez (Perez); the mother of his children Virgina Vasquez; his former wife Sylvia Vasquez; his wife Virginia; his sons, Anthony, Steven, Gordon and Gilbert Vasquez; and his brothers, Paul and Peter Vasquez.
He is survived by: his son Robert Vasquez (Gail) of Coldwater; his stepchildren, Leonard Lux of Burr Oak, Lewis Lux of Burr Oak and Lesley Lux of Battle Creek; and his siblings, Connie Sawyer of Marshall, Jose Vasquez of Battle Creek, Arturo Vasquez of Battle Creek, Manuel Vasquez of Marshall and Tommy Vasquez of Battle Creek. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and his many loving nieces and nephews.
