It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hubert L. Hansel of Coldwater, Michigan, who passed away on July 12, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hansel and Mabel Hansel (Black); and his siblings, Miriam, Paul, Roger, June, George and Claude.

He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Hansel Carroll, Patty Hansel Moore (Kevin) and Rhonda Hansel Santi (John); his siblings, Richard Hansel and Janice Miehls; his grandchildren, Travis Carroll (Nicole), Brayden Carroll, Dillon Moore and Lauren Moore; and his great grandchild Theo Carroll.

Memorials may be directed to the Meals on Wheels program through the Branch County Commission on Aging.
